Dawn is a yoga and pilates instructor who seeks to enhance the quality of life of her students through mindful movement and therapeutic recovery techniques. With over 24 years of teaching experience,  she believes that every individual has the potential to elevate their physical and mental states for improved health and well-being if they have the right guidance and support.

After successfully overcoming back injuries through yoga, Jyan now uses her practice to help others heal and connect, where she inspires her students to expand their minds and explore their physical potential. With her structured approach of learning with playful exploration, you can expect a class that is going to be fun and allows you to learn new skills.
