Terms & Conditions:

1. This voucher is valid till 30 Oct 2022. 

2. This voucher can only be used for redemption of any one single session of ala carte mtm custom-blended facial treatment and one complimentary skin analysis only. 

3. This voucher must be presented at the time of the appointment, only one time redemption is allowed for each customer. 

4. Any unused credit will not be refundable or exchangeable for other product, cash, vouchers or mtm merchandise. 

5. This voucher is not valid for partial redemption, in conjunction with other promotions and not refundable for any unutilized balance. 

6. This voucher is not replaceable and mtm will not be responsible for the loss, tear, defacement or damage of this voucher. 

7. MTM Skincare Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

8. In the event of any dispute, the decision of MTM Skincare Pte Ltd is final.
