ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for motivated beautician / beauty therapist to join our growing family. The Beauty Therapist is responsible for performing all treatment services according to mtm labo’s standards and ensure an exceptional customer experience and maintain high standards of service.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Be an ambassador of mtm labo
- Access clients’ needs and provide professional advice
- Perform treatment services according to standards set by the company
- Recommend, educate and promote suitable treatments and products to clients
- Ensure client’s satisfaction and comfort after each treatment therapy
- Build and establish good rapport with clients
- Assist in retail operations, e.g. stock take
- Maintain general housekeeping duties and maintenance of the cleanliness of work stations
Requirements:
- Cidescp, ITE, CIBTAC and other beauty related qualifications
- Basic knowledge of skin concept and hands-on facial massage techniques
- Positive and willing to learn attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Service oriented and customer focused
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Personal Care/Beauty/Fitness Service or equivalent.
- Positive attitude and good team player
- Able to converse in Mandarin & English, a strong command of the English language is a plus
