Facial Gua Sha Ritual

Enhance your skincare rituals with mtm labo white jade massager. It is an ancient practice known to promote lymphatic drainage, stimulate blood circulation and improve overall face contour. When practiced regularly, it can help you to achieve a radiant and youthful look.

When performing a Facial Gua Sha, make sure your face is well-lubricated to allow the tool glide across the face easily and avoid excessive pulling.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Lymphatic drainage massage can help to drain excess fluid, promotes blood flow and brighten the skin when practiced regularly.

Apply an appropriate amount of custom-blended moisturizers such as custom-blended nutriment moisturizer or custom-blended oils such as custom-blended lightness mix and custom-blended relieving oil on your face. Start at the middle of your forehead, applying gentle pressure to slowly scrape the skin down toward the ear then to the lymph nodes in your neck to promote lymphatic drainage and avoid toxins build-up.

Repeat 3 times for each part and gradually move down to the cheek and chin areas.

Tips: Always working upward and outward from the middle of the face toward the ears and move all the way down to the neck and shoulder.

To get a more luminous look, you may also consider using custom-blended re-white cream or custom-blended reishi moisturizer to help brighten up your skin and even out your complexion.

Start at the neck and work your way up to the forehead. Use the wider part of the gua sha tool and perform an upward motions on the neck, then upward and outward motions on the jawline and cheek areas.
